Akina Adderly is a singer, educator, and all-around creative force. Known for her soulful voice and community leadership, Akina is deeply rooted in Austin’s music and nonprofit scenes. She brings an artist’s insight, a teacher’s heart, and a bold vision for how HOME can uplift the next generation of aging musicians. We’re honored to have her perspective and passion helping shape our future.

Lindsay Bailey is a cross-border entertainment lawyer with a passion for supporting musicians, artists, and creatives. With experience on both the U.S. and Canadian sides of the industry, she brings a sharp legal mind and heart for music to our team. Lindsay is already leading HOME’s Governance Committee and helping guide us toward even greater impact.
